29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(ii): The periodic inspection certification of energy control procedures did not contain the required documentation on identification of the machine or equipment, inspection date, employees included, and the person performing the inspection: (a) 820 Highway 7 North in Holly Springs, MS - On or about April 30, 2013, periodic inspections of the energy control procedures were not being certified and maintained on equipment such as but not limited to extruders, air compressors, MTI mixer, dry blend cooler, etc.
