29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(5)(ii): The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the appropriate hazard warnings: (a) Throughout Plant - On or about April 24, 2013, containers of hazardous chemicals were not properly labeled; in that the name of the chemicals which had been transferred into secondary containers was either barely legible or did not indicate the contents of the container or provide appropriate hazard warnings.
