29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(1): Employers did not have a safety data sheet in the workplace for each hazardous chemical which they use (a) Maintenance Shop - On or about February 27, 2013, Safety Data Sheets were not available for hazardous chemicals used in the performance of minor on-site facility maintenance and off-site customer equipment servicing, to include but not limited to Tap Magic Penetrating Cutting Fluid, Rust-O-Leum Spray Paints, CRC Chain Lubricant, 3M High Power Brake Cleaner, and 3M Silicone Penetrant. (b) Warehouse - On or about February 27, 2013, Safety Data Sheets were not available for the Liquefied Petroleum Gas (Propane) used to power the forklifts.
