29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i): The employer did not provide adequate training to ensure that the purpose and function of the energy control program was understood by employees: (a) Core Room - The employer did not provide adequate training in lockout/tagout in that the employer did not require employees to use and employees did not use lockout/tagout when changing core boxes (a set-up activity), on or about January 11, 2013. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and state employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
