29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(1): Chemical manufacturers and importers shall obtain or develop a material safety data sheet for eachhazardous chemical they produce or import. Employers shall have a material safety data sheet in the workplace for each hazardous chemical which they use: a) Megawatt Machine Services Somerset NJ site - Manufacturing Department: Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) for various chemicals including but not limited to Magnaflux Spotcheck SKL-WP and Renoline gear lubricants were not available on-site.
