29 CFR 1926.502(d)(17): The attachment point of the body belt shall be located in the center of the wearer's back. The attachment point of the body harness shall be located in the center of the wearer's back near shoulder level, or above the wearer's head. (a) Painter Hall- On or around July 28, 2025, at the job site, an employee was utilizing a body belt that lacked an attachment point centered on the wearer's back. Instead, the safety belt was secured at the front attachment point, located near the abdomen area.
