29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords were not connected to devices and fittings so that tension would not be transmitted to joints or terminal screws: (a) 1355 West 52nd Avenue, Denver, CO 80221: On or about and at times prior to July 9, 2025, the employer did not protect employees from potential electrical shock in that that temporary flexible cord that was used as permanent wiring to power an industrial fan between bays 4 and 5 was damaged. The jacket was separated from the male-end connector, thus exposing the insulated wires.
