29 CFR 1910.1026(j)(1)(i): The employer did not ensure that all surfaces were maintained as free as practicable of accumulations of chromium (VI): a) On or about March 13, 2025, and at times prior thereto, the employer had not implemented effective work practices and cleaning methods. Results for wipe samples taken inside of the paint and sanding department were 5.536 micrograms for a 100 x 100 cm area and results for wipe samples taken outside of the sanding room were 5.593 micrograms for a 100 x 100 cm area.
