29 CFR 1926.451(f)(7): Scaffolds were not erected, moved, dismantled, or altered, by trained and experienced employees under the supervision and direction of a competent person qualified in scaffold erection, moving, dismantling or alteration: At the jobsite located at 9701 W. 53rd St. N., Maize, KS 67101, employees engaged in bricklayer activities on the tubular welded frame scaffold were exposed to fall hazards of 13 feet 1 inch in that the second working level scaffold was erected by employees without the supervision and direction of a competent person qualified in scaffold erection.
