29 CFR 1910.1024(i)(3)(ii)(A): The employer did not ensure that when required to provide showers under paragraph (i)(3)(i), that each employee showered at the end of the work shift or work activity if the employee reasonably could have had airborne exposure above the TWA PEL or STEL: Foundry - On or about February 11, 2025, an employee conducting copper-beryllium casting activities was exposed to an 8-hour time weighted average (TWA) of 0.42 micrograms per cubic meter (ug/m3) of beryllium which was approximately 2.1 times the Permissible Exposure Limit (PEL) of 0.2 ug/m3, and the employer did not ensure that each employee that could have an airborne exposure above the PEL showered at the end of the work shift.
