29 CFR 1910.146(d)(12):Under the permit-required confined space program required by 29 CFR 1910.146(c)(4), the employer did not develop and implement procedures necessary for concluding the entry after operations had been completed: (a) 402 Tatamy Rd., Nazareth, PA - Dryer/Kiln: On or about January 23, 2025, employees engaged in welding, torching and grinding inside the dryer/kiln were exposed to entrapment and hazardous atmospheric conditions as a result of the employer's failure to develop and implement procedures necessary for concluding the entry after operations had been completed.
