29 CFR 1910.333(b)(2)(i): "Procedures." The employer shall maintain a written copy of the procedures outlined in paragraph (b)(2) and shall make it available for inspection by employees and by the Assistant Secretary of Labor and his or her authorized representatives. a.) On or about November 22, 2024, the employer did not ensure procedures for deenergizing circuit breakers and application of locks and tags were written and maintained for an authorized employee exposed to 277 volts while changing out a light fixture in the office, area resulting in the authorized employee receiving an electric shock from exposed wires.
