29 CFR 1910.215(a)(4): Grinding machinery was not used with work rest(s) to support offhand grinding work: a) Warehouse - On or about January 10, 2025, the employer did not ensure that a work rest was installed to support grinding work on abrasive wheel equipment, such as the Baldor buffer and AMC-0028 bench grinder. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
