29 CFR 1926.1101(g)(5): Class I asbestos work was not performed using one or more of the control methods required by 29 CFR 1926.1101(g)(5)(i) through (g)(5)(vi): a) Charlotte High School-4115 Lake Avenue, Rochester, NY, Auditorium - On or about December 2, 2024, through December 4, 2024 - the employee hand scraping acoustic plaster ceiling which contained 5.8% Chrysotile asbestos, the employer performing Class I asbestos work was not performed using one or more of the control methods required by 29 CFR 1926.1101(g)(5)(i) through (g)(5)(vi) including negative pressure enclosure (NPE) systems; glove bag system, negative pressure glove bag system, negative pressure glove box system, water spray process system or a small walk-in enclosure (min-enclosure).
