29 CFR 1910.213(c)(1):Circular hand-fed ripsaw(s) were not guarded by an automatically adjusting hood, which completely enclosed that portion of the saw above the table and above the material being cut: On or about November 6, 2024, at the fabrication area of the jobsite located at 1160 West 13th St, Unit 10, Riviera Beach, Florida 33404, employees were exposed to an amputation hazard while working with a table saw (i.e. JET - Model No. JTAS-10DX - Serial No. 19051424) that lacked a guard over the blade.
