29 CFR 1910.178(l)(4):Refresher training and evaluation. (iii): An evaluation of each powered industrial truck operator's performance shall be conducted at least once every three years. a) On or before 10/28/2024, the employer did not re-certify forklift operators' performance within the last three years. b) On or before 10/28/2024, the employer did not conduct refresher training for forklift operators to wear seatbelts while employees were utilizing forklifts such as a Linde forklift (model #H20T) to move products, totes and dumpsters throughout the facility and around the construction site
