29 CFR 1910.134(d)(1)(ii): The employer shall select a NIOSH-certified respirator. The respirator shall be used in compliance with the conditions of its certification: On or about October 14, 2024, at a facility located at 6610 Wisconsin 44 in Pickett, WI; the employer did not select a NIOSH-certified respirator when employee were required to wear respiratory protection while conducting spray finishing operations in Bay 2 of the Paint Department. The employer provided full-face elastomeric respirators which were not NIOSH-certified.
