29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area: (a) On and before 10/7/2024, at establishment, for the employees cleaning with corrosives such as, but not limited to, Peroxide Multi Surface Cleaner and Disinfectant, containing dodecylbenzene sulfonic acid, Liquid Laundry Chlorine Bleach, containing sodium hypochlorite, Scrub Free Bathroom Cleaner & Disinfectant, containing Didecyl Dimethyl Ammonium Chloride, Rapid Multi Surface Disinfectant Cleaner, containing Dodecylbenzenesulfonic Acid, to clean floors, laundry, bathrooms, and surfaces. Employer did not train employees on hazard communication.
