29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i)(B): Affected employees were not instructed in the purpose and use of the energy control procedure: (a) On about August 15, 2024, and at times prior, the employer failed to train doughnut specialists and doughnut decorators to understand the purpose of hazardous energy control procedures, use of the procedures, and recognize lockout tagout devices when working around the doughnut production machines that require the use of hazardous energy control procedures to isolate and control energy sources.
