Additional job briefings were not held when significant changes, which might affect the safety of the employees, occurred during the course of the work: On or about August 9, 2024, at the intersection of Eastwood Dr and Cypress Way E, Naples, Florida 33410, the employer failed to inform an employee when the powerlines were reenergized, thus exposing the employee to electrocution hazards.
