29 CFR 1910.178(l)(3)(ii)(C): Powered industrial truck operators did not receive initial training in workplace related topics for load manipulation, stacking and unstacking: a) Throughout the warehouse - On or about July 05, 2024, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards in that, the employer failed to ensure that adequately training was provided to powered industrial truck operators in load manipulation, stacking, and unstacking for this specific operations.
