29 CFR 1910.107(d)(2): Mechanical ventilation was not kept in operation at all times while spraying operations were being conducted and for a sufficient time thereafter to allow vapors from drying coated articles and drying finishing material residue to be exhausted: a) On and at times prior to June 10th, 2024, vapors were not exhausted during painting operations. Employees paint parts of transformers as well as the main transformer housing unit daily.
