29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling: On or about 5/21/2024, in the facility located at 1743 Scherer Pkwy in St. Charles, MO, the employer did not ensure metal outlet boxes in Warehouse #1 were installed in accordance with the manufacturer's listing and labeling. The two outlet boxes were designed to be mounted to a surface but were not mounted to a surface causing employees using the receptacles to be exposed to electrical hazards.
