29 CFR 1910.304(b)(4): Outlet devices had an ampere rating less than the load being served: On or about May 29, 2024, employees engaged in paper printing activities on the Muller 10 in the Northside area of Taylor Communications located at 9503 F Street, Omaha, Nebraska were exposed to fire, and electrical shock and burn hazards in that employees simultaneously operated equipment plugged into the same relocatable power tap where the amperage of the equipment exceeded the 15 amperage rating of the relocatable power tap. Instances included but were not limited to: i. Syntron Jogger, 4 amperes and ii. 3M-Matic Case Sealing System, 19 amperes.
