29 CFR 1910.269(e)(10): Before an employee enters an enclosed space, the internal atmosphere was not tested for flammable gases and vapors with a direct-reading meter or similar instrument capable of collection and immediate analysis of data samples without the need for off-site evaluation: a) Worksite, 102 N Pearl St, Albany, NY, street: On or about February 13, 2024, employees entered a underground utility manhole to access the underground duct system. The atmosphere in the enclosed space was not tested for flammable gases and vapors prior to entry.
