29 CFR 1910.219(c)(3): Vertical or inclined shafting seven feet or less from the floor or working platform was not enclosed with a stationary casing: (a) South Stacker - The even ender, 37 to 47 inches above the work platform, did not have a stationary casing enclosing the vertical shaft from the motor, exposing employees to an entanglement hazard, on or about January 30, 2024. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and state employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
