29 CFR 1910.215(a)(4): Work rest(s) on grinding machinery were not adjusted closely to the wheel with a maximum opening of one eighth inch: a) 5555 JOLIET ST DENVER, CO 80239 - Component shop: On or around January 19, 2024, and at times prior, employees were exposed to struck by flying object and abrasion hazards from flying while utilizing a 10" Delta grinding wheel model # 23-196 / 23-197 with the maximum distance of 1/8" between the work rest and the griding wheel exceeded.
