29 CFR 1910.134(e)(1): The employer did not provide a medical evaluation to determine the employee's ability to use a respirator, before the employee was fit tested or required to use the respirator in the workplace: On or about October 5, 2023, and at times prior thereto, the employer had not provided a medical evaluation to employees wearing a full face, tight-fitting elastomeric respirator with organic vapor cartridges for spray painting in the chassis shop, exposing employees to cardiopulmonary physiological hazards.
