29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(i): Conductors entering cutout boxes, cabinets, or fittings shall be protected from abrasion, and openings through which conductors enter shall be effectively closed. On or about December 15, 2023, at the facility located at 3805 North Freedom Road, Appleton, Wisconsin; the employer failed to ensure the junction box (1HB-2, 4, 6) opening for the conductors from the S.P.E. Electronica Industriale (Model No.: GREENX48-300, Serial No.: 2930157) battery charger was effectively closed.
