29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(ii): Unused openings in boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not effectively closed: a)T & J Industries, Inc dba Metal Craft Industries at 1014 South Hillside Drive, Sioux Falls, SD 57110: On or about and at times prior to December 6, 2023, the employer did not ensure that an electrical panel's unused opening was effectively closed in the machine area of the facility. This condition exposed employees to electrical shock hazards and burn hazards.
