29 CFR 1910.184(e)(1): Alloy steel sling(s) did not have permanently affixed durable identification stating size, grade, rated capacity, and reach: (a) On or about 11/21/2023 - Shop Area, the alloy steel chain slings and the 4-way chain lift that were used to lift the Conex box did not have identification plates or load ratings attached to them to ensure the chains used could handle the load being lifted, exposing employees to struck-by and crushed-by hazards.
