29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords were not connected to devices and fittings so that tension would not be transmitted to joints or terminal screws: At a commercial worksite located at 2738 E Kearney Ste B, Springfield MO -- Flexible cords entering cabinets were not connected to fittings causing strain relief. This exposed employees to electrical shocks and/or burns. This was documented on or about 11/13/2023.
