29 CFR 1910.134(e)(1): The employer did not provide a medical evaluation to determine the employee's ability to use a respirator, before the employee was fit tested or required to use the respirator in the workplace: a) 5105 DTC Parkway, Greenwood Village, CO 80111: On or about October 23, 2023, and at times prior, employees who had not been medically evaluated for respirator use wore tight fitting half and full-face respirators when grinding joints in a concrete parking deck, applying chemical sealers including, but not limited to, respirable crystalline silica, MasterSeal NP2, and cleaning equipment with SpecChem Xylene.
