29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not ensure that Safety Data Sheets were readily accessible during each work shift to employees when they were in their work area(s) a) Worksite: 3588 Sunrise Highway, Wantagh, NY 11793 - The employees are exposed to use various chemicals including but not limited to antifreeze, gasoline, oil, AC refrigerant, transmission fluid, and windshield wiper fluid on a daily basis and the employer did not have Safety Data Sheets readily accessible to employees; on or about 10/19/23 Note: In addition to abatement certification, the employer is required to submit abatement documentation for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19
