29 CFR 1910.37(b)(2): Each exit was not clearly visible and marked by a sign reading "Exit": (a) 3008 Penns Valley Road, Centre Hall, PA; Boiler Room (behind Mechanical Shop) - On or about October 25, 2023, the employer did not ensure an exit sign was posted at the exterior exit, exposing employees to delayed egress in the event of an emergency. (b) 3008 Penns Valley Road, Centre Hall, PA; Pump House - On or about October 30, 2023, the employer did not ensure an exit sign was posted at the exterior exit, exposing employees to delayed egress in the event of an emergency. (c) 3008 Penns Valley Road, Centre Hall, PA; Spreader House - On or about October 30, 2023, the employer did not ensure an exit sign was posted at the exterior exit, exposing employees to delayed egress in the event of an emergency. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
