29 CFR 1910.179(j)(1)(ii)(b): A complete periodic inspection of crane(s) had not been conducted in the past 12 months: On or about September 21, 2023, the following overhead gantry cranes were being used and periodic inspections had been done since April 2021 exposing operators to a crushed-by hazard: (a) One 10-ton capacity, manufactured by Shaw Box, serial no: 02813 was being used in the east side of the plant. (b) One 15-ton capacity, manufactured by Shaw Box, serial no: 4800 HH was being used in the west side of the plant.
