29 CFR 1926.761(b): The employer did not train each employee exposed to a fall hazard in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1926.761: (a)DHD Construction, Inc. dba Wall Building Center at 19775 223rd Street, Quinn, SD 57775: On or about and at times prior to September 13, 2023, the employer did not ensure that employees were properly trained on the use of fall protection systems prior to being exposed to the fall hazards during commercial steel roofing operations. This condition exposed employees to fall hazards greater than 15 feet.
