29 CFR 1910.119(f)(1)(ii)(A): The employer did not develop and implement written operating procedures that addressed the consequences of deviations from the operating limits in the covered process; (a)Ring-neck Energy & Feed, LLC dba Ringneck Energy LLC at 901 Redwood Avenue in Onida, SD 57564: On or about and at times prior to July 9, 2023, the employer did not ensure the Emergency Shutdown Operating Procedure addressed the consequences of deviations from the operating limits in the covered process. This condition exposed employees to fire and explosion hazards. (b)Ring-neck Energy & Feed, LLC dba Ringneck Energy LLC at 901 Redwood Avenue in Onida, SD 57564: On or about and at times prior to July 9, 2023, the employer did not ensure the Long-Term Shutdown Operating Procedure addressed the consequences of deviations from the operating limits in the covered process. This condition exposed employees to fire and explosion hazards. This condition exposed employees to fire and explosion hazards.
