29 CFR 1910.213(c)(3): Hand-fed ripsaw(s) did not have non kickback fingers or dogs so located as to oppose the thrust or tendency of the saw to pick up the material or to throw it back toward the operator: On or about June 5, 2023, an employee was exposed to struck by hazards when rip sawing dimensional hardwood on the SawStop table saw located on the north end of the Cab Shop and the employer had not ensured non kickback fingers were installed.
