29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1): Each platform on all working levels of scaffolds was not fully planked or decked between the front uprights and the guardrail supports as specified in paragraphs 1926.451(b)(1)(i)-(ii) (a) On or about 5/23/2023, at the Paul E. Joseph Stadium in Frederiksted, St. Croix, VI 00820. Working levels of the tubular welded frame scaffolding system are not fully planked, exposing employees to a fall from a scaffold. NOTE: Certification and documentation of abatement must be submitted for this citation item as required by CFR 1903.19(c).
