29 CFR 1910.219(f)(3): Sprocket wheels and chains that were seven (7) or less feet from the floor or platform were not enclosed: a) Big Saw location - On or about April 26, 2023, employer failed to provide adequate guarding to prevent employees from coming in contact with the sprocket wheel and chain on the HE&M horizontal bandsaw. Employees were thereby exposed to ingoing nip points and rotating parts hazards.
