29 CFR 1910.333(c)(9): Where live parts presented an electrical contact hazard, employees performed housekeeping duties at such close distances to the parts that there was a possibility of contact. a) On or about March 2, 2023, and at times thereafter, employees were exposed to electrical hazards associated with pressure washing tunnel walls and floors adjacent to wall-mounted energized 480-volt panel and the 120-volt control box. Employees engaged in this housekeeping task were exposed to contact with live parts inside of the panels not rated for a high-pressure water jet.
