29 CFR 1910.335(b)(3): Where signs and barricades do not provide sufficient warning and protection from electrical hazards, an attendant was not stationed to warn and protect employees. [55 FR 32016, Aug. 6, 1990] On or about March 3, 2023, an employee trimming branches near energized conductors without an attendant stationed near where powerlines were located exposed the employee to electrical hazards.
