29 CFR 1910.335(b)(3): Where signs and barricades do not provide sufficient warning and protection from electrical hazards, an attendant was not stationed to warn and protect employees. [55 FR 32016, Aug. 6, 1990] On or about February 24, 2023, and at times prior thereto, at the jobsite, employees trimmed branches in an elevated lift near energized conductors without a trained attendant stationed nearby to warn and protect them. Thus, exposing them to electrical hazards.
