29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A): Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure: A. Generator Room: On, or about, February 17, 2023, an orange flexible cord was used to energize the solenoid valve associated with radiator misters located on the roof. B. Machine Shop: On, or about, February 17, 2023, an orange extension cord was used to energize a light fixture located in a storage cabinet. C. Machine Shop: On, or about, February 17, 2023, a series of black extension cords and relocatable power taps were used to energize battery chargers and a back-up power unit for the computer. D. Clean Room: On, or about, February 17, 2023, a Ridgid shop vac was attached to piping that allowed vacuum cleaner attachments to be used in the room. Flexible cord was used to provide power between the on/off switch and the outlet that energized the shop vac.
