The employer shall provide and enforce the use of safety blocks for use whenever dies are being adjusted or repaired in the press. a) On or before January 19, 2023, the employer did not provide and enforce the use of safety blocks for use whenever dies are being adjusted or repaired on the Punch 21 Walsh Pres & Die Co No 55 full revolution press in that dies were changed without the use of safety blocks. b) On or before February 1, 2023, the employer did not provide and enforce the use of safety blocks for use whenever dies are being adjusted or repaired on the Aida 200 Ton Press serial number 00120-0162 part revolution press in that dies were changed without the use of safety blocks.
