29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(ii)(D): The procedures shall clearly and specifically outline the scope, purpose, authorization, rules, and techniques to be utilized for the control of hazardous energy, and the means to enforce compliance including, specific requirements for testing a machine or equipment to determine and verify the effectiveness of lockout devices, tagout devices, and other energy control measures: On or about February 1, 2023, at an establishment located at 2099 Badgerland Drive in Green Bay, WI; the employer's energy control procedures did not include specific requirements to outline the safe utilization of two-way radio communications being used to confirm verification of energy isolation of the equipment being serviced.
