29 CFR 1910.132(d)(1): The employer did not assess the workplace to determine if hazards are present, or are likely to be present, which necessitate the use of personal protective equipment (PPE). a. Warehouse - On or about December 20, 2022, the employer failed to perform a work hazard assessment to determine the necessary PPE to protect employees from struck by hazards, flyings and other injuries. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
