29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i): The employer did not conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirement of this standard were being followed including, but not limited to, 29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i)(A), (c)(6)(i)(B), (c)(6)(i)(C) and (c)(6)(i)(D): a) On or about December 13, 2022, the employer failed to conduct a periodic inspection to correct deviations or inadequacies with the Drain Belt's energy control procedure pursuant to 29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i)(B). b) On or about December 13, 2022, the employer failed to conduct a periodic inspection to correct deviations or inadequacies with the Shrink Tunnel's energy control procedure pursuant to 29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i)(B).
