29 CFR 1910.157(c)(4): Portable fire extinguishers were not maintained in a fully charged and operable condition: a) Throughout the facility, on or about October 11, 2022 and times prior, workers expected to extinguish incipient level fires were exposed to fire hazards in that the employer did not ensure all portable fire extinguishers were fully charged where an extinguisher was identified at location 11P-49 which last inspection could not be determined as there was no inspection card attached.
